Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest and respect the time our stylists have reserved for you.

24+ Hours Notice

Cancel or reschedule free of charge, no penalty.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellation is charged 100% of the reserved service price. Reschedule is charged 50% of the reserved service price.

No-Shows

Charged 100% of the reserved service price.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate the remaining service, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

Grace Exceptions

Genuine emergencies are handled case by case at management's discretion.

Card on File

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. By booking, you authorize Lumina Extensions & Beauty Bar to charge this card for any applicable cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show fees as outlined above.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking for extension services and bridal or updo services. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Bridal & Event Party Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the event date. Final guest count and requested services are due 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full balance. A trial run is recommended and billed separately.

Consultation-Required Services

Hair extension, hair loss, topper, and mesh integration services require a consultation prior to booking. Our standard cancellation policy applies to consultation appointments as well.

Retail & Product Returns

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are final sale.

Guests & Children

To preserve the comfort and privacy of our space, we ask that only the person receiving service be present in the salon, except where accompanying a minor client.

Right to Refuse Service

Lumina Extensions & Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.
