Refund policy

We want you to love your Lumina Extensions & Beauty Bar retail purchase. This policy covers retail products only; appointment cancellations and rescheduling are covered separately in our Reschedule & Cancellation Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

• Unopened, unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
• Opened or used products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a retail product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
