This policy covers shipping for retail products purchased through our online store. It does not apply to salon services, which are provided in person at our Cary, NC location.

Retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Domestic US shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Local pickup is available at our Cary, NC salon, typically ready within 24 hours of ordering.
